Houghton and Wyton Neighbourhood Plan: Proposed Alternative Modifications
Consultation Starts: 07-Apr-2017
Consultation Ends: 22-May-2017
This consultation seeks views on two modifications to the Houghton and Wyton Neighbourhood Plan. These modifications are proposed as alternatives to those recommended by the Examiner.
Any comments should be submitted via the consultation portal by 5pm on Monday 22 May 2017.
The Houghton and Wyton Neighbourhood Plan was submitted to Huntingdonshire District Council in May 2015. The plan was consulted on between 19 June and 31 July 2015. Following examination the Examiner’s Report was published on 14 December 2015.
Most of the Examiner’s recommendations are accepted in full. The exceptions are those relating to the Village Limits/ Built Up Area (HWNP1) and the Local Settlement Gap (HWNP3).
The Houghton and Wyton Neighbourhood Plan Working Group has drawn up alternative modifications that seek to address the concerns of the Examiner, meet the Basic Conditions and reflect both the views of the residents of Houghton and Wyton and the spirit of the submission neighbourhood plan.
The consultation and supporting documents can be found on the consultation portal.
