Operations Service Customer Satisfaction Survey

Huntingdonshire District Council’s (HDC) Operations Division is seeking your views on the services it provides and has created a short multiple choice survey about waste collections, street cleaning, grounds maintenance, HDC markets, countryside services and council-run car parks.
The same survey was conducted last year and with over 200 responses the results were encouraging, demonstrating high overall satisfaction levels. The council hopes to compare this year’s results to make sure residents remain satisfied with the services provided by its Operations Division.
