A portrait photography workshop is being held at Hinchingbrooke Country Park on 24 April 2016. If you enjoy taking photos of friends and family and want to know more about how to make the best use of your camera, this professional photographer-led workshop will be perfect for you.
The workshop is suitable for both beginners or those wanting to brush up on their photography and camera skills. Alison Gray, Huntingdonshire District Council’s Events and Promotions Officer, said: "We all like to take photos of our family and have a record of special moments. This workshop will give you loads of great hints and tips for taking better shots, posing your models and moving away from the automatic settings of your camera."
The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm and costs £50 per person. Places need to be booked in advance. Attendees must be 16 or over and young people aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). You will need your own DSLR or bridge camera so you can control the aperture and shutter speed.
