Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Hospitality Supervisor to join our vibrant team and help us create unforgettable moments.

About the role

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

You will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the team, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile. This is your opportunity to shine and make a significant impact in a thriving hospitality environment. You will join a talented team, which fosters a collaborative and high-energy environment.

About you

With a proven track record in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, you will use your exceptional customer service skills and passion to create memorable customer experiences. With excellent organisational and multitasking skills, you will use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure the needs of our customers are met.

An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. Huntingdonshire District Council does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and are unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.

For many of our roles (and where it is possible) we are currently working remotely and anticipate in the future returning to a hybrid office model on a flexible basis. This will still include work-from-home and flexi-time opportunities to provide a good work-life balance whilst ensuring that teams benefit from in-person interaction. Candidates should therefore be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or able to attend meetings as required if further afield.
