  • any item that cannot be handled by two people
  • any item over 10ft in length (sofas over 10ft can be cut in half, but the pieces must be made safe, for example exposed ends/staples covered by tape)

  • car/motorbike parts (all)
  • Christmas trees (artificial)

*Hazardous waste is subject to special requirements in order to prevent contamination or infection under the Hazardous Waste (England & Wales) Regulations 2005. There is a legal duty of care to ensure that such waste is disposed of properly.
