Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) is consulting on proposed revisions to the Local Validation Requirements.

The local validation list sets out the information which is to be required in support of planning applications, and it is recommended to review local requirements every two years.

The consultation period is currently open, running until 21 January 2024 and is an opportunity to get involved and shape the information that we put out.

Executive Councillor for Planning, Cllr Tom Sanderson, said: "The Local List consultation is a great opportunity to help shape future planning applications. It's important we hear from as many people as possible, so please do take the time to have your say on the things that matter the most to you."

All feedback received by 21 January 2024, will be reviewed. The outcomes of the consultation and proposed modifications will be presented to the Development Management Committee and a comprehensive report will be made available on our website ahead of the Planning Committee meeting scheduled for March 2024.
